I love the Leuchtturm! Is the notebook that I use since I started bulletjournaling. I never cared about the ghosting… but when I started doing some more elaborated spread (inspired by you) it did started to get me the nerves 😬 but then I started the edition 2 and I wouldn’t change it for the world. I don’t use watercolors and the ghosting is minimal… so I am very happy with it 😁

    • @ReflectwithRaksha

I started with Leuchtturm, I can completely relate to what you’ve said! I really feel like going back to Leuchtturm, the Bullet Journal Edition 2 is so much better than the original 80gsm Leuchtturm paper, so it’s a very good option now!

Thank you, Raksha! I´ve already set up my 2022 journal in a Perfectly Penned 120 gsm A5 journal. Love this UK brand. Not expensive and enough pages to fit a whole year (255). No blead through (I even use one for my ink and pen journal as I am a fountain pen lover). My second preferrence is the Leuchtturm 120 gsm. In the regular 120 gsm version (not the Bullet Journal version) there are more dots (203 pages). A third favorite I use is the Rhodia goalbook (100 gsm, 204 pages). It comes in white or cream paper, soft or hardcover binding. I personally don´t like the cardstock-feel of 160 gsm although Notebook Therapy Tsukis are great.

Also, Raksha I was wondering if you have any spreads that you do to get into the Diwali mood (if you celebrate it)...cannot do many things to celebrate this year so I thought making a spread might be fun. For some reason I find this type of videos so relaxing. The Yop and Tom notebook catch my eye, it's slightly bigger but with all the goods of A&O, I'm always draw to darker neutral colors and the little colibrí is adorable, love that it has those little markers in the pages but it doesn't have the first pages labeled which is a bit of a let down for me. Thanks for this guide, your one from last year was super helpful when choosing my 2021 bullet journal.
I’d love to win, and would choose an A&O journal. I’d love to try one and see whether they’re worth all the hype! 😉

Nuuna are my favourite notebooks. I always use one as my commonplace. Only problem is they have become annoyingly difficult to buy in Australia in the last couple of years

Hi! I want to try the Nuuna because it seems so different and fun. A good way to build creativity.

Thanks for the video. I've never heard of Ink Pot, I loved the cover being made out of cork. I hope to be one of the winners for a bullet journal! And if so, would love to try that one.

Hi Raksha - I’d love to try the ink pot hugger - I try to only buy sustainable so love the corn cover but am also just really attracted by the gold edging - mmmmm! 😊

Thanks for the review! I'm very intrigued by the Nuuna notebook because it's gorgeous and it made you want to pick up a pen and write. However, I don't write small at all. The Yop & Tom is the one I really am interested in using. It's similar to the Archer & Olive, which is what I currently use, but I love the guide and dots in the middle of the pages. I love the B5 size and I like that the Yop & Tom is slightly bigger than the A&O A5 and wonder if it would entice me to return to the A5.

All of them were so beautiful, but the Ink Pot and Archer & Olive were by far my favorites. 🥰

Thanks for the thorough comparison, Raksha. I love the Ink Pot journal, especially the cork cover. I really should try different brands.

I've been using LT1917 or Archer & Olive. But after seeing this stack up, I think the Ink Pot or the Nuuna might be my next choices. Thanks for showing journals outside of what I would consider the mainstream.

The leather felt so soft and the grid guide is really useful. A great choice 😊
