Box House Theatre: TWISTED TALES

Twisted Tales is a brand-new Platform Theatre piece which includes four anthology folk tales which all conclude with a twist.
Platform Theatre restricts six actors to the confined space of a gym mat. Twisted Tales relies solely on the actor's arsenal to create props, set, costume, and sound to create the very world in which we tell our story. Our series of tales transport the audience from the cosy fireplace hearth of a woodland cottage to the bloody and violent battle of Wessex. Our "visually stunning piece" flips performance conformity on its head and introduces a new and innovative way of showcasing theatre.
Twisted Tales will be opening at the Lion and Unicorn theatre running from 22nd July - 24th July as part of their summer programme #bewhoyouwanttobe!
