@Grant & Shalee - King & Queen of Country Swing My son was a cheerleader, he wouldn't date any of the girls on the team. Way to much drama. Lol. His girlfriend was into arts and music, which he also plays guitar and sings so it all worked out better that way in his case. Unfortunately I lost him to his heart condition when her was 24 years old and memories are all I have. Those are wonderful but painful at the same time.😢 They're so many videos you guys do that remind me of my son when he played country music. Thank you for that. I've cried a lot but they're mostly good tears.
Everyone loved my boy, he was an old soul and such a gentleman. He's greatly missed so very much.

I love to dance but I married a man that didn’t dance. That should have been my first flag. Anyway… 30 years later and three great kids, we divorced. I don’t recommend it so stay adorable. Keep sweeping each other of your feet. Don’t let it die because divorce really sucks. Especially as members of the church, it ruins the whole “families are forever” dream. 😢❤️

What were your plans growing up vs how they are now?
We both wanted to get married early and that's what we did. It's fun to grow and learn together and It's just so fun to work as a team! So in that way our plans are the same. But things are always changing and we are always growing and adapting!! But that is just life!! Thanks for watching!!

Yes we did! We got married in the Payson, Utah Temple!
Where and why did you learn to dance?
We learned at local Country Swing Social Dance Halls in Utah. The main draw for us was that it was just a fun social environment while we were in college. But we keep dancing because we love to do it and we love spending time together. We highly recommend it!
