I bought your single recliner. Identical color and everything. I keep looking at the plug on the end and couldn't figure out what was missing, pretty sad it took me this long to figure out that's where I can plug my phone in. LOL
I bought this exact sofa (x2) a few months back and where i sit the back is now 2 " lower than other two seats, i'm so sad .....what can i do ? my hubby whom is 6'5" sits on other side and his is fine ....we are empty nesters and very kind to our furniture. Please help !

We have 2 Home Stretch electric recliners ( one for me and one for my wife ) with the custom comfort feature and we love them. These are great chairs. I'm 6'2", 230 lbs. and I'm very comfortable in my chair.
I am the owner of a new Custom Comfort HomeStretch power reclining sofa and recliner. After about 2 weeks of ownership, here is my impression. I am 5'10" and weigh 160. 1. When I sit on either the recliner or sofa my feet do not touch the floor. This proves to get uncomfortable after about 10 minutes. 2. The individual seat and back cushion compartments are filled with a fibrous fill and not foam. This not only makes the cushions look wavy and lopsided but also not all seats on the couch feel the same. The couch after a week does not look new as far as the cushion shapes go. 3. The adjustable headrest lower end of the cushion hits my shoulders along with my head which pushes my shoulders out with my head which is very uncomfortable. 4. The metal angle iron base frame of the couch flexes considerably when moving to position the couch on the floor. It seems like it could easily bend or twist. Unless you are fully reclined there is no position that we find comfortable. Overall my wife and I both are sorry with our purchase and would gladly like to have back the couch that this couch replaced. It is the most uncomfortable couch we have ever owned. I would never purchase another Custom Comfort product.
@@keith606 The way the issue was resolved was the furniture store where we purchased it sent out a technician. He found the reclining mechanism defective (Popping when reclining) the frame twisted and the cushion lopsided. The store let me return the furniture and we purchased a Flexsteel sofa and chair that we are extremely happy with. Flexsteel is very comfortable and well built.

Bought a Homestretch manual recliner 5 months ago it has started to squeak a lot. Cant stop the squeaking. Any tips out there?

How do you turn the lights off on the remotes?
The lights stay on. The bulbs are high-efficiency LED which have an extended life and use minimal electricity.

Did you resolve your issues with the furniture? Their video shows a foam pad is used instead of fibrous fill that you mentioned.
