It is a hymn praising Shri Mahadeva (Lord Shiva's other name meaning the God of Gods), one of the lines is "Shiva Shiva Shankara Hara Hara Shakara", which is essentially a way to say "I bow down to the Lord of Lords ", Lord Shiva (Lord Shiva has a thousand names, one of them is "Lord Shankara" and "Hara" means Lord Shiva again), basically this hymn uses the different names of Lord Shiva and adds "Namaha" at the end of them signifying that you bow down to that form of Lord Shiva. There are many names of Lord Shiva being mentioned in this song, ill give you a few examples. One of them is "Tripuranthakaya" meaning the destroyer of the Demons who had three floating cities who caused much damage to the Gods. Another is "Rudraya", Lord Rudra is the extremely fearsome aspect of Lord Shiva which is when Lord Shiva gets angry.
