    4 cawan Beras basmathi (rendam dalam air selama 30minit)
    50ml minyak
    1sb minyak sapi
    1 daun pandan disimpul
    2 batang serai
    1 daun salam
    rempah 4 sekawan
    100g Bawang Holland
    50g bawang kecil dikisar
    2sb pes halia bawang putih
    1sk Garam
    4½ cawan air
    1½ susu cair
    15g buah kismis
    Cara masak
    4 cawan Beras basmathi (rendam dalam air selama 30minit)
    Dalam kuali panaskan 50ml minyak dan 1sb minyak sapi. setelah minyak panas dan minyak sapi Cair, masukkan
    1 daun pandan yang disimpul dan
    2 batang serai yang ketuk.
    tumis tumis sekejap, terus masukkan
    1 daun salam dan rempah 4 sekawan. bagi goreng sekap terus masuk
    100g Bawang Holland yang dihiris. bagi tumis hingga bawang layu. masukkan
    50g bawang kecil dikisar dan
    2sb pes halia bawang putih. bagi tumis hingga pecah minyak, setelah pecah minyak masuk

    4½ cawan air
    1½ susu cair,
    Buah kismis
    terus tutupkan api.
    transfer kedalam bekas rice cooker bersama beras basmathi yang direndam (tapis dulu air)
    tekan on biar masak, lepas masak biarkan rehat selama 10 minit lagi. lepas itu gemburkan nasi tambah satu sudu minyak sapi untuk next level taste dan taburkan daun ketumbar.
    AYAM MASAK MERAH
    ½ ekor ayam (800g)
    1sk serbuk kunyit
    ½ sk garam
    150g minyak
    rempah 4sekawan
    1 daun pandan
    2 batang serai
    20 tangkai cili kering (rendam dlm air panas)
    100g Bawang merah
    8 ulas bawang putih
    1½ inchi Lengkuas
    1½ inchi halia
    2sb pes asam Jawa
    2sb sos Tiram
    2sb sos cili
    3sb gula
    1sk Garam
    Cara masak
    Cuci bersih ayam dulu. tapis air dan letak ayam kedalam satu bekas. tambahkan Garam dan serbuk kunyit. bagi Gaul hingga sebati, biar selama perap selama 30 minit.
    lepas 30 minit, panaskan minyak dalam kuali, goreng ayam sehingga 70% masak. Angkat ayam dan toskan.

    masukkan juga bawang potong buat, makan masak selama 10 minit dengan api medium
    recipe for GHEE RICE
    4 cups of basmathi rice (soak in water for 30 minutes)

    How to cook
