It's all about balance at the end of the day....too much of anything just throws you off, just don't go ham(no pun intended) on all this meat, salt, sugar and etc workout and you'll be good

stryfetc1 It can be addictive, but when you go deep into it like that its all dependent on the person everyone body is different. Me myself i don't claim veganism(actually went hard on that for about 4 months before) or vegetarian lifestyle but most of my diet lately i don't really eat meat, stay away from cheese and enjoy my greens, rice and other veggies even mess around with Tofu....at the same time tho if i want me a good steak i won't say no or some fish and chicken i might have it once in the week or on a weekend to treat myself or not at all really. But say if im eating somewhere ive never been before, at a cookout or special occasions like Thanksgiving or etc i'll eat whatever i want on that day because its not what i eat all the time. No matter how a person eats its been shown that not taking care of yourself and over doing it can cause issues and the worst of the worst can happen no matter the diet so it's all on you...live and enjoy your life.

Tony please keep doing this. I love the multiple camera angles. The music fits well with the atmosphere (even if it can be repetitive). And I love the way you guys are playing a game while talking, maybe do a different game every episode instead of the same game. But all around I think this is going to be a cool series.
P.s.Did u stop the verbal cardio series? It's fine because I heard that you didn't want to do those any more, and even though I really liked verbal cardio a lot I want you to enjoy doing them, so it won't sound half assed.
