Love them! That is such a pretty woodgrain. Love the size too!

Very cool! I like the natural wood colours, but funky/bright colours would look cool too. Maybe something inspired by rainbow eucalyptus wood?

Lovely colors. Im pretty certain your final cuts should have been horizontal from the top down though! Not side to side. Not at all trying to be the person that says you did it wrong. It still has a little "grain". But your knots and lines would show much better if you cut your chunks horizontally from the top down. So the top would become the face of the bar to show your pattern. Love your videos. And was pleasantly surprised to find a MD soaper. Im originally from Glen Burnie 🙂

Hi from Florida! I haven’t attempted this pour yet, thank you for making it look easy! Yes! Try another set of colors! Soaps came out definitely resembling wood grain! The scent sounds amazing!

It would be cool to see a version with the same mica powder used for all three colours, in different concentrations.

I too love Patchouli EO and FO. This is a fantastic lifelike wood grain soap and the fragrance sounds beautiful. I would love to see some funky coloured soaps especially in Purples. I haven't tried this style of pour yet but it looks fun.

99% rubbing alcohol is commonly used to prevent soda ash. Love the woodgrain!

  • @moonshadowessentialssoapsn5287

That’s the best wood grain top I’ve ever scene! I wanna do one in rainbow colors and have the colors fade into each other where the start on one color flows into it from the last. So it looks like a continuous pour.

This would make a great Father's Day or men's gift! You could do a neon zebra stripe/wood grain that is a cake/candy scent with this technique. You could also do a birch wood soap in three layers with the Winterfell Tree soap fragrance. Do color contrasting 2 layer bark maybe over wrinkled plastic wrap to mimic the flaking with a cream wood grain inside.

So cute! I made a lumberjack soap with a soap log and axe on top of a landscape soap. It's one of my favorite men's soap 💚🖤

I think they turned out awesome! The wood grain pattern turned out perfect. The scent sounds incredible! I hate WSP, since Debbie left. They take months to get my order here, everything is broken or not what I ordered! I got fed up 18 months ago when they sent my order to another customer and instead of reaching out to me, they waited till it was returned, then after I called because on my end it said it'd been delivered, I hadn't received it. So they thought they were going to pull a fast one. They then said they were out of an item that was said to be in stock. Excuses, excuses. I ended up losing a client that had ordered 350$ in wedding favor soap. All their running around cost me money and a Ding in my reputation! Oh no, I was done.
Then I hear about a cool fragrance and can't get it because I refuse to do business with assholes! (SORRY!) I think you can see my point! I think it's high time people see what WSP is and does. I am not the only one. Uncle Jon's Soaps just did a review on them and his e mail blew up, lol! Was wondering your experience? Is there somewhere else to get the fragrance? Thank you for another great video!

Maybe use 99% rubbing alcohol to a as a spray to prevent a soda ash on your bars of soap

I think you meant April 23rd for the release date, not March 30th. Lol. It's all good! Mom brain, am I right?
