Hi. We have 2 x DS-KV8102-IM. 2 x DS-KH6310-WL. 1 Master Door Station 1 Sub Door Station. 1 Master indoor Station. 1 sub indoor station. The problem we facing now is the Master indoor station to view the Master Out Door station some time is show the sub outdoor station. Can you show me how u configure ur setting.
Please I need your answer, Yesterday I bought an Intercom Kit of Hikvision. • DS-KV8202-IM • DS-KH6320 TE1 (2 Pieces) • Witek PoE switch PS205 When I plugged the monitors in to the switch they turned on and the lan port on the switch turned on and started blinking, same for the second monitor , but when I plugged the Intercom station , doesn't show anything , I have tried everything possible, but the DS-KV8202 doesn't power on , Do you have any idea what could be cause this? , do you know any type of solution? Please I need an answer as fast as possible.

Does the Hikvision DS-KV8102-IM have its own web interface?
