V guard does not use copper winding. It is confirmed by v guard customer support.
@Gupta Gupta ji, V guard ka stablizers (Sirf higher end models priced more than 4000) bhut achche hain, unki switching aur voltage regulation Kafi achcha hai. Lekin copper coated aluminum winding hai.

Dear Mr. Chirag, you are quite right. Please be informed that V guard ace 5540 model stablizer boosts the voltage 60V max if inputs comes 140V but for input below 140V, it boosts max. 50-55V output. The lower end models of v guard AC stablizer gives boost from 10V to 25V max.
In order to get good boost, you need to choose candes stablizer. However, I have little doubt on its voltage regulation circuit.

There is no single brand that uses pure copper winding anymore. All brands are using aluminium coil coated with copper. So consumer's should start researching which brand & model has metal body with digital indicator and stable output.

Don't buy single booster, because nowadays even tier-1 cities has low voltage problem.
Double booster is best for city.
Tripple booster is best for outside city.

I bought this same stabilizer online from Amazon iD ACE 5540 1.5 ton.
However my input voltage is around ~237V constant. And stabilizer output is always around ~199V.
I got the stabilizer changed and replaced once, it's still the same with the replaced one too.

Singh Sahab, please ap local stablizer bananey wale ko kahiye ek 5kVA ka stablizer bana de copper winding may ( input range 100-280) output range (200-240). It will cost you around 9000 INR. Please ye zaroor dekh lijiega ki wo expert ho.
Otherwise, you can go for bluebird 5kVA (copper winding) main line stablizer for home purpose.

You can use only one stablizer if you have already installed mainline stablizer. Then don't need to install another one...i recomend u to install v guard 90-220 ac stablizer but u have to remove the mainline stablizer frst

Aap jo UPS ka sound bata rahe hain vaisa toh tab aata hai jab low battery ho. Ho sakta hai battery replace hone wali ho. Anyway, UPS ke andar usually built in stabilizer hota hai. Input jitna bhi mile, output constant rehta hai. Aap UPS ki battery check kijiye.

Your information on AC and Stablizer are very useful. I need a clarification on the following. My inverter ac range is 120v to 290v. I have a Inverter AC stabilizer which range is 130v to 280v with auto cut off facility. I presume if the power goes below 130v or goes above 280v the power supply to AC cut off automatically and will not damage my AC. Only thing is I can't enjoy the AC.if there is no damage to my AC and I accept to forgo the comfort of AC why can't I go for lesser range stabilizer
Dear Mr. Srinivasan you don't need to buy a wide voltage range stablizer. It solely depends on voltage fluctuations in your area. The higher the voltage operating range, the higher the loss of energy (20 to 50watt). Furthermore, you are more secured now by using this stablizer.
