Dental nurse here. Mouthwash actually doesn’t do anything apart from get rid of any excess food floating around in there or just to freshen your breath. Unless you’re using one for specific issues. For example gum disease, it’s pointless ☺️

It's actually a bad thing to put them together like that,the chemical isn't compatible with each other and loses the full effect if u mix them,they work better separately with a range of time,so instead of cleaning your tooth,it'll just make your tooth decay faster
Yea dude idk who told you that but that’s bull, because tooth paste’s main chemicals are Stannous Fluoride which it barely has inside of its paste which by the way is edible but still not safe to eat, while Mouth wash’s main ingredients are Cetylpyridinium Chloride “0.07%” by the way... and these two only chemicals don’t react with each other so whoever gave you that idea is kinda dumb.
Edit: but yes it is better to use if you wait 30 mins after using toothpaste.
