    I'm on my first site with this system. I miss ICF haha. Regardless, I appreciate this info. Looks like we worked a bit harder than we needed to. Sure wish I'd watched this before we started.
    Cheers from Canada

    Thanks for the video one question before starting would you build all your rerod grids tied together from the rerod coming up from footer then start with panels

      It depends on the specs we are dealing with. Most jobs we assemble as we setup, we lay them on the snap ties and tie together. Commercial jobs or if there’s an inspection to pass, we assemble the grids then set up the forms.

    As someone who is almost 7ft tall, I can confirm that it makes working on the top of the forms much easier

    You don't clean the forms before placing them? And also for the sides you don't clean those either?

      Thanks. The 8’ tall 6 bar forms I have are around $85-$100 a piece. It depends how many you buy at a time. I bought the set in 2009 and they’re still in pretty good shape, we oil them every pour.

      Concrete and Construction thank you I will look into them most guys in upstate ny use the symons forms. These look much faster

    • @CoastConcreteCorp
      @CoastConcreteCorp  Před 3 lety

      @@Boysinda they are much faster. It depends what your doing, if you have to do walls thicker than 16” or 16’ and higher, the symons are better.
