I ended up getting Dr bassleer regular and the bug bite color enhancing, also got some Xtreme flake krill and Spirulina Blend, but I want try also the ebo foods let me know if you think that should be a good enough diet or should I add something else. I’m still a little concerned 😅

Hi Prasad, any food with a protein content of 50% is good and for adults try to get something with less fat and swith with other foods like pure spirulina and kelp! foods I use are Northfin bug bites, ebo aquaristik, Dr bassleer, pure spirulina organic kelp and sera wels chips - last three foods only once or twice a month

you can keep both neocarodina and carodina shrimp with zebs but be careful as the zebs will eat some of the shrimp! so any shrimp you don't mind losing is fine :)

no I don't get any money or kickbacks from these companies .. I paid full retail prices and shipping for all the food reviewed and it's exactly what I feed my fish daily! cheers mate!
What about frozen foods? I've stopped feedin blood worm. But they do enjoy daphnia, micro, mosquito lava etc! Mine are under 1 year old, I feed them tropical flake, insect pellets (crushed up) pleco and catfish pellets! They don't seem to want to eat too much, so I try not to overfeed!!!!!
I stay away from frozen personally but if u have a good source that is reliable frozen food also works! several of my friends who breed them feed a decent amount of frozen food plus some live mosquito larvae black worms etc! mine eat my shrimp and the little baby shrimps plus a lot of my Malaysian trumpet snails which seem to be a decent amount of live food ! they arent too picky!!!
@@AquaMalik my local does good frozen! I wonder thou, alot of breeders say to stay away from blood worm! Which is mosquito lava so I'm told! But black and white mosquito lava is ok to feed!? What's so special about blood worm that u can't feed to zebra? And alot of other fish also suffer!
hi malik where do you buy the ebo paste food particularily the red label one i think its called youngest grow. also i here the artemiasoft from ebo is very good i cant find a source for ebo food tho sorelying on your know ledge thx in advance.

Hey Malik I use the bug bites pleco formula and the Northfin kelp wafers. Can you put the other products you use for protein in the comments please and maybe where you purchased from? That would really be beneficial and appreciated. Great video!

May I know what filter you are using for your pleco tank? Sponge filters or a matten conner filter enough?
I'm only using sponge and matten filters in pleco breeding tanks! as long as you drive a decent amount of air they are the best for breeding tanks!
Is there links anywhere to these foods you feed the zebras? I bought the Dr Basseler size M as I think is what you were showing but it’s so tiny. Is that right size?
I feed the M to all my Hypancistrus fish including the zebras .. the food is really powerful so u only need to feed a small amount the fish are fine eating the size M pellets
Is the Dr.Bassaleer the “Regular” kind?:) also, do you buy the large or medium, for Hypancistrus?:)

I will ! look up EBO aquaristic and Dr Bassleer. also northfin bug bites, jehmco will carry spirulina and other foods . depending on where you are there are different foods available! so anything with high protein and low fat is great. stick to foods with mostly aquatic ingredients to ensure they don't get anything they can't digest that might cause an issue! cheers!
