Mediterranean Chickpea Lentil Salad Bowl
This recipe is inspired by one of my favorite fast-casual restaurants, CAVA. I used to eat there at least once a week when I lived in DC. After living in the Bay area for a few years and still no sight of CAVA opening here, I’ve decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own CAVA bowl. 😂 This recipe is as close as I could get to the original taste of the CAVA bowls that I used to order.
