It's time to breed our Hereford heritage hogs again, and we also need to start moving our piglets around the farm so they can do some work for us tilling up weedy pasture and prepping it for grass seed. We through in lots of great tips and tricks to remember if you ever have to move pigs around.

Julie are you able to get a charge on the fence with all the weeds? It seems thick along the whole fence.

Yes, as long as we keep it off the ground we get about 7000 volts on the fence. The weeds are dry so they don't draw much charge. We have to check it daily though because as the pigs root they kick debris and mud up on the bottom wire.

Yes, they will root up anything.
