    By watching this video, you'll learn how I built and scaled my SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) from $0 to $40,000 in MRR (that's monthly recurring revenue). I'll uncover the strategies for launching the MVP (the first prototype), how we acquired the first 100 customers, how we launched our product, and how we then scaled the product to $10k, $20k, and eventually $40k per month. I'll tell exactly what we did with sales, marketing, and growth in general. Enjoy!

    Actually surprised that you validated with just email collection & started building the V1 product version without collecting payment from customers upfront.
    Curious whether you tried cold email / cold LinkedIn outreach in the validation stage & how it compares to Fb Group marketing at that stage?

    • @mikestrives
      @mikestrives  Před rokem +1

      Would try upfront payments with my next Saas, definitely! LinkedIn outbound - never tried is. Should def consider as well 💪

    Appreciate the content, really informative. In the early stage when you had the landing page, did you have a target # of signups? How did you know that that enough people had signed up to the landing page to say that the idea had been validated and it was a good time to move to the next step. Thanks!

    • @mikestrives
      @mikestrives  Před rokem +1

      Thanks for the kind words! No target specifically regarding actually wanting to build the product, but I’d say you need at least 20-30 sign ups to talk to. That’s when you learn what they really want and need.

    This is clear you can't spend years on one single product with no returns. Lmk if you need more clarification, but my Question is what timeframe should one have in mind to know that this product will work or not?

  • @sbiribauz
    @sbiribauz Před 11 měsíci

    When you had think about upvoty idea, there are already another competitors?
    And did you have a problem that it isn't an original idea?
    I try to explain: I have an idea about a SaaS but I know there are already two or three competitors in the market. How can I wins against their competitive advantage?

    • @mikestrives
      @mikestrives  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Competition is good. It means there’s demand and product market fit. To win: build a better or cheaper product to help people save time and/or money. Look up the reviews of the competition and solve problems better.
