In all honesty, Boss Yang basically has no choice but to frequent buffets with his employees considering how much food they crush out. If they went to a a la carte restaurant for every single meal, Boss Yang would be screwed.
Yeah i dont know why some of the people reacting to yang always make it a big deal hes literally eating with body builders they're bound to eat alot so going to cheap places isn't bad
Bodybuilding can get very expensive. But normal people don’t know that.
@@Jk-ey7mp its actually common practice tbh. if they are not prepping their own food. all you can eat is the only other way to not go broke from eating.
@@nuzabe9054 even normally, when i go to the gym, not even as a body builder. i ate about 5 meals a day and that shit cost about 1k+ more a month. and that was just the beginning, about 20-30%?. i gave up halfway because it was just too much to even attempt to bulk.

Shan Benitez Her workouts are high intensity but she just has a really fast metabolism. So if she doesn’t eat this much, she could lose muscle and weight...some people are just blessed aren’t they😂😂😂
genetics I believe and add to that she works as trainer in gym plus is a bodybuilder, I bet she spend most of her time in the day working out. normal metabolism plus normal workout will never do lol and people with slow metabolism and lazy like me gonna be total pig
@@matj2331 depends on the perspective, they're blessed since they don't get fat but it's a little problematic since they need to eat a lot. My aunt didn't know that my cousin had a high metabolism when he was a child and she was worried that he wasn't eating enough so she gave him metabolism enhancing supplements which made him dangerously skinny. After a checkup w/ the doctors they found out he had a high metabolism. 30 years later he gained a little weight but his problem is he spends a lot of cash just trying to be full.
severedproxy yeah, I see what u mean..I was mostly responding to the main post but I know there’s struggles with gaining weight for some people too. Just asking, but why did she give him supplements for enhancing his metabolism? Was it not obvious that he had a fast metabolism?
@@matj2331 I understand your point, just wanted to share. Nope, it wasn't obvious that he had a high metabolism when he was younger. He also looked a little malnourished when they adopted him so that didn't help a lot. Anyhoo, have a great day.
Some people here don't really understand how variety show works. It should be funny and entertaining. That's why some of these clips might be scripted or edited. Please don't judge her too quickly. Just enjoy the show.

Honestly for every criticism out there I just want to say is that it's an entertainment show and it's called that for a reason, have a laugh and enjoy, if you don't like it don't watch it, no one is forcing you to. *If you don't that anything nice to say, y'all need to stay quiet. Learn some manners yourself before trying to teach it to others, this criticism and judging won't get you anything in life*

Donguen's carefree attitude towards life is something we should all adapt. I mean after the boss made a fuss about the cold noodles, she just are and minded her own business without thinking to much. She is the happiest person at that table.

This crew is really close. You don't playfully insult your boss, and make him choke on his meat laughing, if you don't like him and trust him a lot. Working in an atmosphere like that is a blessing.

their "all you can eat buffet" so cheap compare in my country, in my country the cheapest like rm20.. and only have 1marinated meat, dont even dream to have many variety meat and big meat like that..its so imposible, u can only get many variety food when u go to buffet that need to be paid rm50-rm100 for 1person...
I'd say roughly Rm40 for buffet. Just curious where is there RM20 buffet. Which place do you recommand
@@ingodseyesangelinea.3795 monster planet grill & steamboat in shah alam, this place is good when u craving for buffet, but dont have much money that time, so with rm20 you still can have a buffet (with a less variety food), but better less than nothing right?😉
