鬱撃退、生姜猪ぼたん鍋

✴︎熱海で暮らしていた時に、お世話になっていた、大工さんから、
６年間、引きこもりで、鬱状態だった息子さんが、猪肉のぼたん鍋を食べて、治った！話しを聞きました。
✴︎大工さんの息子さん、本人からも、
「猪肉のぼたん鍋を、ひと口食べて、
治った！と、感じました」と、話してくれました。
✴︎それから、３年間、鬱病は、再発してません。お父さんの仕事を手伝って、大工さんになっています。
✴︎友人の息子さんに、２人、引きこもり鬱病者がいます。２人に、猪肉のぼたん鍋を、ご馳走してみました。
✴︎１人は、引きこもり歴、１０年目。
小学５年生から、学校に行けなくなり、２０歳に、なってます。
✴︎彼を招いたぼたん鍋の夕食会で、
誰が、喋っているの？聞き慣れない声が？なんと、人前で、話すことが出来なかったのに、ペラペラ喋りだしました。
✴︎彼は今、熱海のホテルで、働いています。ガールフレンドも、出来ました。
✴︎もう１人の、友人の息子さんは、引きこもり歴が、５年。大学受験に失敗してから、引きこもりました。
✴︎彼に、猪肉ぼたん鍋を、ご馳走しましたら、食べた翌日に、朝、おはようございます！と、挨拶をされて、ビックリしました。彼も、人とは、話さなかったからです。
✴︎今、彼は、アルバイトに出かけて、大学受験に、再チャレンジをして、志望の大学に合格して、大学生になっています。

▪️鬱撃退、生姜猪ぼたん鍋
✴︎材料
猪肉　５００g
ネギ　３本　
生姜　１キロ（根生姜、新生姜、お好みで）
昆布　１０㎝　（前日に、１リットルの水に漬けおきします）
出汁　３パック
合わせ味噌　１５０g
✴︎作り方
①ネギを、斜め切りにします
②生姜を、千切りにします
③昆布だしを沸騰させ、出汁パックを入れて、沸騰したら、出汁パックを取り出します
④お鍋に、ネギ、生姜、猪肉を加えます
⑤中火で、煮ます。
猪肉は、良く、火を通して下さい。
⑥合わせ味噌を、お出汁で溶いて、加えます。
✴︎While living in Atami, I heard a remarkable story from a carpenter whom I was grateful to know. His son had been suffering from depression and had become a recluse for six years. However, the son managed to recover after eating wild boar hotpot.
✴︎The carpenter's son himself shared that he felt he was cured after taking just one bite of wild boar hotpot.
✴︎Since then, for three years, his depression has not recurred. He has been helping his father with his work and has become a carpenter himself.
✴︎I treated two of my friend's sons, who were both reclusive and suffering from depression, to wild boar hotpot.
✴︎One of them had been reclusive for ten years, unable to attend school since the fifth grade, and is now twenty years old.
During the wild boar hotpot dinner party where he was invited, someone might have wondered, "Who is speaking with that unfamiliar voice?" Surprisingly, despite being unable to speak in public before, he was talking fluently.
He is currently working at a hotel in Atami. He even found a girlfriend.
✴︎The other son of your friend has been reclusive for five years. He became a recluse after failing his university entrance exams.
After treating him to wild boar hotpot, the next morning, he greeted me with a cheerful "Good morning!" This must have been quite a surprise, as he had also been avoiding social interactions before.
Now, he is going to work part-time, giving university entrance exams another shot, and he has successfully gained admission to his desired university. He has become a college student.
