Sometimes when the wifi is down, the connection to the CCTV got lost and need to be reconnected again. The apps on mobile phone is also good. Now I’m looking for a doorbell with camera. It looks like this model (HP4) meets my needs. Thank you.
Absolutely the best review video I've ever watched. The timing is perfect, easy to follow. I was trying to decide whether to buy this because I hate the one I have. I'm buying for sure. Can you do a review on how to reset it if the wifi goes offline. That would be so useful. It takes me at least 5 hrs to reset the unit I have now. Also does this unit need to be totally removed if it needs to be reset. Thank you

happy to assist, if lost from the app or you want to reset, it is as easy as you delete the device from your app.
Can the charger remain connected permanently to power it constantly?
I would not suggest but use an external power bank to charge it then keep your quality to normal it should last you a couple of months charged.
