Watched lots of reactions, always the reactions I look forward to most. Can't wait for you to read more of the book if you find time. The 1st episode is released on the 4th of August, then 1 a week until 17th of November
The Loyal Pin TV series covers 2 books, vol.1 & vol. 2. You're only reading book1/vol.1 so far on your podcast, so you're very very very far behind before the show airs in Aug, coz there are over 50 chapters in total for both books, excluding the special chapters. I think you're going to have to read a lot faster 😂.
You haven't read anything abt the ring yet coz that's in book 2/vol.2 and since you don't like spoilers, I won't say more beyond the fact that the Princess gave Pin the ring and she had accepted it until..... the rest, you'll have to read the 2 books or wait for the series to find out.
And prepare a lot of tissues, particularly for eps that fall into later parts of vol.2/book 2. If you think what you read so far (up to Chapter 15) is sad, it's not sad when you compare it to some of the chapters in vol.2/book 2. Freen also said she had a lot of crying scenes in this series, practically every episode I believe she said she had to cry. And apparently, she's so good at it that the Director wld go up and say to her, that the camera wld be on her left before they started shooting certain scenes. At 1st Freen didn't understand what that meant, until she asked the Director and he said, he wanted her tears to drop/roll down from her left eye. When Freen talked abt this, her and becky were being interviewed by a large number of media at an event. She was also asked if it was hard for her to cry just from one eye and she said, no, it wasn't, she just had to prepare herself for it a little before they started shooting.
