What I always forget with this deck is that you could use the second effect of Circle to make your Re-Linked Salad unaffected by card effects, and yes, this includes being tributed by Nibiru. Also, liked the utilization of Pyro Phoenix and Violet Chimera! And of course, who'd forget the sheer epicness of having 2 gazelles?!
Thanks for this video! I'm just getting back into yugioh after last playing in 2005. First I had to learn all the new stuff (seriously, there was no synchro/xyz/link summoning last time I played). It's like a whole new game now. I built a Blue-Eyes deck as my primary go-to partially for nostalgia but mainly because it's a pretty straightforward deck to use while learning the current game, but I'm trying to learn to use new decks like Sky Strikers and Salamangreat. This video is like a Master Class in Salamangreat. A privilege to watch you work :) I just had to slow it down to .75x speed to try to catch it all lol.
Think you actually may have sold me on investing in a couple of Pyros. Been playing the Heatsoul variant for the Link event, and I’d been thinking of just bringing in Tapir and Miragestallion, when the event ended, but seeing what you could get done w/ those two was inspiring!
The Structure deck made this guys very accessible and I'm now a fan of these guys after finally trying them. I have everything except their final Boss monster, I'll save some CP for it, meanwhile I'm running a pure variant without it and a Heatsoul variant, I'm seeing which I like the most. Great replays BTW, really helps to understand the deck to me
I’m a little concerned about using Pot of D w/ just the 1 Sanctuary and 1 Falco. I mean, yeah, you can send the Falco from Deck to GY w/ Gazelle’s on-summon effect, but Gazelle draws Imperms like it’s cosplaying as Mo Ye. Was the Violet Chimera basically a cool flourish for content because you know the deck inside and out, or do you actually recommend playing it?
Violet chimera was more for content, but I used to play it seriously with super poly build. About pot of d some People don’t like it, some other think it’s the best card, even if you banish Jaguar the field and falco you can still win if you can have access to double trap.
The deck profile at the end of the video is the final result right? Because in some of your duels you use cards that are not there. For example parallel exceed, ghost ogre, forbidden droplet, etc.

i wanna ask u if u still comfortable with picking 3 drolls in main in despia meta or not. also is this pure decklist better than including adventure engine with salad ?
In my opinion droll is still the best, a lot of despia players will start with patchwork or allure and droll will hurt them, and when u go second it allows you to play under maxx c. But it is also an ftk against dragon link and some other decks. I personnaly like the pure decklist most, but the adventure version is not bad at all
To adventure engines, as a salad player that tried them ALOT, it would be really solid if you didn't play bagooska and instead played cherubini (burning abyss card) to send to grave enchantress to do adventure combos even if you only open salamangreat cards. Still in my opinion, babooska has alot better of chemistry with salad, and if protected well auto wins against most meta decks (Despia, swordsoul, kinda dragon link, floo)
It’s an extra name so bufferlo always has something to discard. Also during opponents turns you can activate circle grab meer and special summon it in front of wolf to get back a monster and protect ur life points. Also it’s an extender if your opponent gets rid of your normal summon. Finally it Works well with falco, you can summon meer, bounce it to the hand with falco and it’s effect will activate to summon again. I like the card but you can play without it for sure

I play violet mostly for fun, but it can be good if your opponent plays some links, you can steal their monster and otk them
