I usually put some star washers underneath the bolts that hold the regulator so I think it helps ground it

Yeah I like that Jackie used I made one out of an old scissor jack I found it the scrap yard out of a car... I put a piece of metal on the bottom and a piece of metal on the top and I welded up lug nut.. on to the big screw in that way you can put your impact on it and jack it up in the air.. I'm sure it's not as safe as that one..😮😁
