I have the fz1 aswell, and they are restricted in the first 3 gears its only giving 70% power. So an ecu flash will be worth it, i did it aswell and its a big change :)

Wow 202 is not bad for stock.
It even sounds different with the flash. 228 is a huge difference. Like you say , the ride will be interesting. I have always wanted to know that. Thanks for that, can't wait for the run against Big Country.
Almost 30 hp gain and that power curve stays up there. This thing is gonna be a monster after upgrades.

Not really, its a kawi, they come extremely restricted, a tuned H2 vs a Tuned GSXR 1000 and the GSX-R won't come close. Of course, a built bike will beat a stock bike that is ecu limited lol.
The h2 is Kawasaki finest built and their flagship, kinda like a special and limited edition
Ain't the emissions regulators grand? Everyone is convinced a board of bureaucrats are the future of mankind. If DJT hadn't de-regulated some years ago, the EPA would have made all of this stuff so illegal, just the mention of it would bring a felony.

my 160 hp blackbird is all ive ever needed.225 hp is remarkable.thats what a strong 5.0 mustang makes!
Yea I got a 150hp out of my GSX-S1000 and that’s more then enough for any riding I do these days. It’s a rocket to 120mph!
2023 5.0 Mustang makes around 500 horsepower.
You referring to the old late-80's 5.0?
@@exothermal.sprocketStock mustang makes 480 hp at the crank, which ends up being closer to 350ish hp at the wheels plus or minus some. Granted this is still 100hp more than the H2, but pretty close to what a H2R makes. Mustang 5.0 weighs 1740kg, the H2 weighs 240, thats the crazy part.
@@niccijay4683 They make between 370 to 410 at the wheels depending on dyno, depending on standard 5.0 vs Mach 1, between auto and manual. Drivetrain loss is around 15% on average.

remember to check that chain/sprocket alignment if I remember right you said it was pulling right !
I had my H2SXSE remapped the other week, she’s got standard headers, akro can and a K&N and 222.3 bhp/100.9 lb/ft torque now compared to the pre remap of 179 and 93👌🏽

I would like to see the works, supercharger sprocket, air filter, full exhaust, custom tune, mrx02, lowered and a teaspoon of love.
Best way to test a bike when I tested on my dyno in the uk I run them bone stock first them I could see what mods work well some of the aftermarket exhaust systems can turn out crap and some of the so called go faster parts can make them slower

Hello moore. I recently put on my vandemon exhaust on my h2. I still have my stock airfilter on, is it ok to use the bike without reflashing my ecu? I still cant mess with the ecu because the bike is still in the warranty period. Thank you and moore power 😊

I'd be sending a ecu out to Moore mafia some point to get it flashed for a 17 650 ninja I was gonna go with the pops n bangs but can't which is ok just more power then stock Before I do send it I'd send a list of what's been done so he'd have a idea what other add ons have been done to the bike
Stock EUROPEAN H2 makes about 227bhp
euro ecu has less restrictions from the factory than US

Kawasaki is a firm believer in the gentelmans rule and makes the h2 top out at around 194, if you get an h2r on the other hand it is a full fledged track bike and has no restrictions makking it top out around 240!
It still amazes me that the OEM'S would go to the trouble of making a bike with a supercharger then hold it back like that.
Big Country will be breathing in Kawasaki H2 supercharged exhaust fumes in the next run in Mexico.
I have a 03 gsxr 1000 turbo that made 200+ hp. It smokes like crazy and was told it need an engine rebuild. I want to bring it to you. Help me get it right

Bro, can anyone tell me, if i buy a stock Kawasaki and the factory specifications says that it has 200hp it means that in reality it has a lot less? It has so much limitation? Thank you for any explanation! Take care ❤
The 200 would be at the engine. You loose a fair bit of power through the transmission and everything getting to the wheel.
The real question is...when are you going to head to head this and the turbo busa with both turned to 11?

@@flamintasty had to look up heat cycles . Apparently this is not a consensus either , meaning everyone has there own “best way” to break in a new engine …..in my quick search it seems a varied rpm ride for an hour or two or three without staying at any rpm for long ( I saw I think 1000 yards max suggested a couple times ) without going too high in rpm ( looks like mid tach is what so say as max ) then change oil and filter and all should be seated / bedded in ….personally ,and I don’t know why , but I like the idea of this type of riding for the first 500-1000 miles …mostly because that’s what I would always hear from everywhere since the 1980’s till not too long ago ( maybe within the last 20 years break in wasn’t stressed so much so I’m guessing this is when heat cycles and other newer techniques started) … so maybe a combo of all the above 🤷🏼♂️ is probably safest hehe …gonn assume Chris here being a mechanic di some sort of breakin off camera

I own two H2’s. Both have mods. Most 1000cc have so much HP from factory they’ll power wheelie in 3rd. The additional HP a moded H2 makes can’t be put to the pavement until it stops pulling wheelies. 1/4 mile they’re all going to have similar times. 1/2 or full mile the H2 has the space to put down the HP. 5th and 6th gear are where an H2 really outperforms other bikes in acceleration.

Can make all the power you want but if you cant get it to the ground, its useless. i just did remote tuning with Chris for my wifes ZH2 and it power wheelies in 4th gear with stock wheel base. Which means im gonna be fighting the front wheel in gears 1-3 and wont be able to go wide open throttle.

Low compression (8.5:1) is how Kawasaki gets by without an intercooler on this machine. But, without some decent boost the mid-range is about like a 1L four cylinder with 8.5:1 compression. Not that great.
