Big thank you for this! I’m re-joining a pro wrestling training facility that I haven’t been to since 2014. During this time, they always recommended I invest in the correct protective gear, but I never really knew what was the right things to buy were or where to get them. This is so handy! I'm actually looking into becoming a professional wrestler, and I hope to become one someday but I am currently injured, because I hurt my knee doing backyard wrestling with my friend

Feel ya. Broke my nose while being on the recieving end a superplex. The other guy slipped and we came crashing down almost verticaly. I landed in my neck&upper back and my own knee Hit my face.

When I trained 16-18 years ago trace kneepads were huge, they do not make them anymore and you can get "trace style" pads but AMA is a great brand and I wear them under my trace style still to this day for extra support.

Right I’ve wrestled for around 14 years wrist tape doesn’t really protect your wrists it’s mainly for grip you don’t wanna grab someone’s wrist and fly off because he’s wearing to much oil or sweats a lot for wrist support try light weight wrist braces cheaper you can wear them again
Trace knee pads are great but have an AMAs (if you can afford them) or a cheap knee supper for extra support on the sides of your knees
Elbow pads you should do a show or at least training without them so your get use to the canvas and toughen your elbows
