I would say honestly the 4th or 5th to start that style he would become renowned as though he were one of the first.

If you had a leg chopped off or undeveloped, your arms don't automatically become super saiyan and bulky buff. You do have to use them more in real life, but you're still building from scratch, and the fact that Junior can't do a lot of moves that require both legs, whereas Darkness can, huge disadvantage. You also say the "ghetto stuff" of bboying, on cardboard, back in the day, doesn't matter, and that "real bboying" in your words, is the stuff that comes on commercial tv.
