She probably got the deal after she filmed the podcast. Mark probably showed her how to get sponsors. If you realized, she told him no one came up to me, and he told her, that's not the way it works, you need to approach people. So I'm guessing, after the podcast, je showed her how to approach companies or may even introduced her to companies.
I posted the previous comment before I finished watching. But now I am 100% sure that he taught her how to approach companies. Right now, I'm on the part where he tells her that he will teach her how to get sales, and that if one good company comes through, that should be enough. So now, I'm 100% confident that he was the one that taught her how to get sales after they filmed. She probably approached different companies holding an hour of podcast with Mark Cuban, showing them over 600k subs and millions of views. She probably also showed them Drake's video and how many views she can get, impressed the shit out of them, and got herself a deal.

@@lemonking3644 There's 1.78 trillion in student debt in the US right now. He can't pay it all. His money doesn't just sit in a bank, he's using it to invest in other companies and leverage against other businesses. Basically, it doesn't work at all how you think it does in any way.
