01:15 - Aw, yes. One very valuable life lesson learned from a wonderfully misspent childhood in rural PNW is this: Always use a longer delay than you believe is necessary to reach a "safe" zone. Those were the early days of web-based, inexpensive American VISCO fuse, and they were glorious.
The size debate always is the toughest internal monologue to have when it comes to what you carry. This can be tough for first time gun buyers, who may have a gun they reaaaaaallllyyyyy want over the gun they actually need. Sure, you can conceal carry a 1911, but it may be a less comfy carry compared to others if it's not owb (which is a factor some do not consider enough). If you like the 1911 concealed setup, more power to you. The practicality of what you have will save you from an unneeded gun return, because then you won't be concerned about whether or not the next gun you buy is perfect for the carry you prefer
2:34 I remember someone else reacting to a video similar to this and they stated that the explosion was caused by not doing maintenance on the barrel as it tends to get dirty which causes an obstruction which leads to it exploding.
Arre your videos uploaded to 480p resolution or CZcams playing games and downgrading the quality? Just want to know? Thanks for all the great content. 👍
If full size is okay for you, it’s great. If you plan on getting more guns down the road, you could always get a smaller gun later. I went the opposite way. I got a small gun first. (Taurus G2c) the gx4 and mc9 are both great.
@CivilianTactical I've just seen a lot of people saying you're better off just getting a full size. Little guns are too snappy. I would also say they carry less rounds. But I live in Connecticut so we can only have 10. And a threaded barrel is considered an assault weapon.
