I am so thankful for Transformers Prime. It introduced children to a new darker version of the transformers, while simultaneously keeping that light hearted action packed tone that we all know and love. By this time, Transformers shows we’re getting babied down, and I think Prime showed everyone that the targeted audience hadn’t gone down that low.

transformers prime was my first introduction to transformers as a child. Led me to watch the other older shows. But prime will always hold a special place. I got to actually listen to the orchestra for the intro for transformers prime and it was just as epic if not more. The season 3 intro is my favorite intro absolutely slapped.

Best story, beautifully written. I like the end where both sides actually join to rebuild Cybertron.

I really like how the intro for “The Perfect Decepticon” is a neat callback to how much these characters change for the better.

Prime is just the prime example of Transformers series for me.
I respect every animated series (except 2015 RID, that thing is just an insult to prime) but prime is the undisputed owner of top tier.
I haven't seen the new War for Cybertron series tough. How is it? Could anyone explain it to me a little?
It’s actually good, it got kind of a darker tone to it as well. It’s another take on the leaving cybertron time period.

@@mehmetgurdal The art style is similar to fall of cybertron, but not the same. In terms of story it is also kind of like the cybertron games, but has more to do with the struggles. It also has its own things that It does uniquely with the story.

Armado was the first transformers cartoon I had ever seen. I would definitely love it if they could go back to more of an anime style approach in future series.

Out of all the old TF cartoons, I enjoyed armada the most as a kid, I actually had a DVD of it, but little kid with poor caretaking skills, plus very destroyable disks equal the mother of scratches.

Transformers prime was everything I like in a show and I'll never forget the friend that told me "hey this is good, watch it"
G1 Season 4 is my favorite. The fast-paced, gorgeous artwork and animation combined with the urgency of the music just sells it for me.
When I watched another all intros video, G1 season 3 and 4 were a bit more catchy, I found my self either humming it or playing it in my head for the next few days
the g1 s2, s3 & s4 ops were so good,, they bring a nostalgia the other shows' ops don't have😭

I grew up with cybertron and animated, and when I was around 9 prime came out and I binged that. Gotta say, Cybertron is an absolute nostalgia blast
Transformers Energon and Cybertron got me started. And to have Animated and Prime get me back into it…..I love this franchise.
RID (2001) will hold a special place in my heart for being the first anime ever for me and the first Transformers i ever saw (besides passively watching G1) when i was around 3-4 years old ... also Sky-Byte is still the GOAT in my books ...
Yeah rid 2001 is probably the most underrated transformers show ever I mostly like it for nostalgia and It does have its problems non of the characters develop, characters like sideburn,wedge and ultra Magnus were just annoying and unlikeable and the voice acting is pretty bad especially the voices for Optimus,Koji and Megatron but there were some things I liked in this series like most of the characters were likeable, the animation was decent and I love everything about sky byte he’s so charismatic and lovable with him trying to impress and gain respect from megatron that you can’t help but route for him but yeah overall I really enjoyed this series sure it’s pretty much a more comedic take on the cybertronian war and it feels very 4kids like but that’s mostly because of how most English dubs of anime were done back then and I do get why it’s the least talked about transformers show but I still really enjoyed it for what it was
I was born after rid 2001, but watched it on CZcams just a couple of years ago. When I watched it, I could help but think of the other children's anime like it at the time, with like Dragon Ball Z, the many Pokémon series or the Sonic X cartoon. Unfortunately the only "Memorable" memory I have of RID is that one day, while I was watching a few episodes, I ended up putting way to much seasoning in a meat ball I was eating as part of my dinner, and felt like crap for the rest of that day. (Don't know how it made me sick, so don't ask) Not the best thing to remember. But that didn't slow me down, I actually considered getting some of the RID Toys to make a collection, but quickly scraped the idea when the toys went up for over 150$ dollars on ebay. Who knows maybe Walmart will reissue them like they did with G1 and are currently doing with Beast Wars.

G1 is the best, I can not take the newer versions, Especially when Optimus is a combiner with chicken feet like hands and feet.
I was born in 2002. My first experiences with Transformers were Animated and the 2007 movie back when they first came out. I miss those days.
I LOVE the part in Rescuebots where it says "Optimus Prime gave them this mission!" That always gave me "Zordon" vides!
It's the only song that could possibly make _AND IN ADDITION_ work perfectly as a song lyric.
Man, the quality really has been dripping since Prime.
They cater for younger audiences now, sad truth but we have to cope. The last 2 episodes of Cyberverse were actually pretty good though
@@fexbd , with all due respect, but why act like catering at a younger audience is somehow a bad thing? In reality, it's not because aiming at a younger audience doesn't stop transformers shows from being good quality content for both kids and adults. All transformers shows(excluding machinima's prime wars trilogy and Netflix's war for cybertron trilogy) are cartoon shows primarily aimed at kids aka a new generation of fans and there shouldn't be a problem about that. Transformers Prime is a show primarily aimed at kids as they are the new generation of fans, while the secondary audience is actually older fans who are long time fans. So why act like it's somehow a bad thing that transformers shows catering at younger audience?
P.S this is not a rant about your comment, but I am just pointing at somethings you may not be aware of and just a question that I am curious. Thank you fellow tf fan. Till all are one

I absolutely love G1's Season 2 intro. My favorite of the originals, beside Headmasters and Victory, awesome shows, and the intros never got old either.

Prime has what got me started on Transformers, when I thought of a sequel to TFP I was too exited but, to bring back Optimus after such an great ending with him joining with the all spark, I was sad when he Optimus flew into Primus but I never thought they did bring him back.

Transformers: Animated is my personal favorite one. It's my favorite show in the franchise, too. Prime is a close second. I have the entire series of Transformers: Animated on dvd. I also have some animated figures like Lockdown, Blurr, and Waspinator. I had a friend named Josiah Kellum who let me keep his Blurr figure.

TF:Prime is my favourite intro by far: the music is great, the layout fantastic and we get Optimus’ aft swing by right there on screen.

This video simultaneous shows that I watched a lot of Transformers growing up (Gen 1, Beast Wars, Armada, Cybertron, Animated, and Prime are the ones I have distinct memories of watching), yet there are so many more that I had no idea existed!

G1 season 2 is definitely my favorite out of all the intros and sometimes I go back and listen to it and It is always the best
My all time favorite is G1 Season 2, then Season 3, Transformers Prime third place, and Rescue bots because that show introduced my little cousin into Transformers.
I only saw a couple episodes of Transformers Cybertron as a very young kid. Maybe 4 years old? But the 3D animation, Optimus’ voice, it brings back some great memories. I’m surprised there aren’t more fans of this show. Then again I haven’t watched any episodes since I first saw it, so who knows?

The composer of the Prime intros is the amazing Brian Tyler who also did a lot of the early Marvel movies (Thor Dark World, Iron Man 3, Age of Ultron) and a bunch of other fantastic stuff, and the producers also did Star Trek, Fringe and more! Really great to see their names here 😁
Grew up with G1, but Beast Wars always was my favorite.
The original G1 openings are very nostalgic for me. Because those are the ones I used to watch when I was little. And I also used to constantly watch the first season of armada I never finished the series. Which I want to but it’s gonna be a difficult task

Hearing the cybertron and energon theme gave me so much nostalgia.
Beast Hunters is number 1 for me honestly. The nostalgia of it being the final season of my first (and favorire) Transformers show, the high energy, Predaking being Predaking, it all just combines together PERFECTLY for me. Seeing it ranked high up still is respectable though.

Grimlock biting the logo cemented season 2 as my fave intro and one of the reasons why Grimlock is my personal favorite transformer.

In some parts the Rescue bots academy theme sounds like it's being sung by Energon Ironhide lol

Transformers Animated was the first Transformers show I'd ever watched as a kid. And even as an adult now, I have a lot of nostalgia watching Animated. Prime was also one of the earliest Transformers I watched growing up, and it came at a perfect time in my life since I was starting to get a little older and started watching more mature stories and Prime hit that sweet spot of fun and serious.
Early on I had DvD copies of Energon, Armada, and Beast Wars as well and it wasn't long before I watch the original G1 show. Still to this day, Transformers is one of my favourite franchises and will likely remain so.
Armada had my favorite version of Starscream.
Beast Wars had Dinobot.
Robots in Disguise (2001) had Skybyte.

Cybertron’s theme is honestly so good along with Prime’s. Show wise, WFC and Prime were the best in terms of seriousness and I was surprised and kinda pleased with how some characters in WFC used curse words lol

My Dad watched the original transformers when he was a kid so I watched it and it’s still my favorite to this day

As a person who grew up with Rescue Heroes the series, I always had thoughts of "Rescue Bots" before the series, especially ever since I saw fire truck optimus.
And its defintly a fun idea of what if autobots did live with humans.
Ngl, I at first didn't like Rescue Bots. Felt too kiddy to me due to the artstyle. But yeah, I wasn't correct in my assessment

Imagine if Peter Cullen and Frank Welker played as Prime and Megatron respectively throughout the Unicron Trilogy (Armada, Energon, Cybertron). That would’ve been amazing.

Man, cybertron hit me with a wave of nostalgia. I watched it when I was like 4-7 somewhere in that range but man did I somehow remember every plot point the second I heard that intro. I also grew up with armada, animated, prime, and now just recently WFC. All great stuff!

I was born at a good time for Transformers. I grew up with Animated and Prime, and seeing their intros again was a big nostalgia blast (like I've recently been getting non-stop from this entire brand)
Animated's intro feels like a panic attack with the lighting, but at the same time it helps give the show a unique style compared to the rest, and I really like the theme song. Prime's intro is simply epic - the music is uplifting and inspiring, the shot of the Autobots in front of the moon is gorgeous, and the Decepticons' portion makes Megatron look really intimidating as he slowly approaches, firing his Fusion Cannon. And then there's Beast Hunters, which adds more action and intensity...but IMO, it kind of implodes on itself. It's not bad by any means, and I appreciate the updated designs and the inclusion of Shockwave and Predaking, but nothing beats the original Prime intro.

The transformers movie has an “intro” too, if you can call it that. Its a custom made start screne but has a badass rendition of the original transformers theme which is absolutely amazing
I loved G1, Armada (explanatory), Energon (Theme), Cybertron, Animated & Prime.
I grew up watching the Transformers and I saw every episode of the series from G1 to Beast Wars to Beast Machines to R.I.D. to Armada to Energon to Cybertron to Animated and I caught a few episodes of Transformers Prime and even the one called Transformers Academy and Rescue Bots but that's about it and I've even seen all the movies yes including the Michael Bay films all 5 of them and I even have the d.v.d.s on them including the G1 movie.
G1 Season 2 easily the best for me, so many fond memories from when I was a kid.
Transformers Cybertron will always be a childhood favorite of mine. I would catch it every morning before school. ❤️
