Thanks to both Rick and Greg for this interview, I really enjoyed it! My favorite part was when Rick talked about his career and recalled the moment when he realized that after 10 (definitely hard years) of working in game development, there was not a single project he could be really proud of. Unfortunately, he's not alone in this :( I think no one was ready for this - everyone who enters the game development industry plans that their first (or at worst, second) game will definitely be a GOTY. But in reality, it can happen that after 5 years in the industry, you will have nothing to show because all the games were canceled/closed before release (a real story, unfortunately).
