Funny thing is pilots don't aim for smoothness. They aim to touch down on a particular marker on the runway. If the landing happens to be smooth, that's just a bonus.
I have taken this route many times on Eastern Airlines B747 ( their mid night service) that was a very smooth landing and a very scenic approach over beautiful San Juan.,a lovely video..
You took it all the way for engines to shut down that's what I'm talking about some people cut it short on landing kills the whole experience of a real flight great job
