- We added a 3rd floor to our house in Davao, 3 small bedrooms just enough for sleeping and a "CR" (Confort room or toilet)
The 2nd floor was widened slightly by moving a wall out over the existing terrace, the 2nd floor still needs to be painted and tidy.

you built a flat with 3 rooms + 1 bathroom in a place not bigger than my room. Building materials seem pretty simple, at the same time it looks cool from outside. but inside is so small. It won't break in earthquake, but all the house can burn easily in a fire.

How much room do you need to just sleep? I think it’s an amazing build. you turned 1 big space into 4 private spaces that’s brilliant.
I think my coffin I bought has more room then those bedrooms but it looks nice
Very nice I don’t see any outline in the bedrooms. What do they do for fans chargers for their phone? Where do they plug them in at?

Maybe JazBez can run a CZcams version of Real Life in Philippines … put cameras every where and get volunteers from all parts the of Philippines and have them live together for 4-6 months. Stand by for drama… 😆

How many day to complete?
Hi - The build was about 5 weeks and then the internal paint, windows and finishes another 3 weeks

It all looks messy inside and out. Why all the different paint on walls. Is a older person going to live there no way can they go up all the stairs!! Doesn’t your country have land why are you all living on top of each other when you look out all I see is roofs!!!!
All 1 family, every family member has there own room . All thou small space not much is needed for sleeping & u have privacy. I'm sure once done & organized it will b very 👍 nice.

Is there's a lot people live in that house so that's why you making a 3rd floor?but the bedroom is to small anyway
We have relatives stay there, bedrooms are small but it gives the young adults space, a lot families all speep in 1 room so this is good for them. :)
