Jeremy is back with a new Finger Bang Tip of the Day. This time you'll be practicing clave and quarter notes. The fun part will be switching it around between the fingers and the hands. Flip it, reverse it, rub it down. Get to it! - Hudba
Eres un virtuoso. Gracias
Lmao off, I seen a live club video of you drinking, while playing the maschine and layed the beer next to it, beast mode!
love the new vid. thanks for making them. i bought a korg padkontrol after i saw you play on the standard rooftop. your tutorials help a lot.
You're a hero Jeremy, cheers!!
Nice set up!
thanks for all jeremy!
@rOOk3mk You are welcome and thanks for watching. You totally get the point! I always use youtube to learn just about anything these days:)
It took an embarrassing amount of time for my brain to figure out this pattern, but once you have it, it seems so easy...
@KozmotheKid I have used mostly Reason over the past 5 years, as it's where I put all my old MPC samples. That is to say that I started on the MPC for production, moved along Reason, and have been blending Maschine into the mix. I use Reason and Maschine together all the time, with Maschine in midi-controller mode. Maschine is an excellent midi controller, on top of everything else!
@ImpulzNL When all else fails, keep it simple! Thanks for watching, everyone!
what took you so looong, aaah finally
Lesson 1 was easy. Let's get down to second one. Thanks Jeremy :D
Very helpful.
Jeremy, just wanted to say that you´re a big inspiration for people that do PAD-drumming. For how long have you been practicing? It´s amazing what you can do.
@MythicEpitaph @cordovastyle3 Next tip of the day: Maschine will not work correctly and some pads may be damaged if the foam of a delicious beer is spilled all over the pads. Lesson well learned. NI kindly hooked me with another.
NI is lucky you were born.
And on the Mikro everything is like 2 steps harder haha. I like what the Mikro comes with though. You get Komplete Elements, Massive, Maschine and MAschine 64bit mode (And if your pc/mac is 64bit USE 64 MODE. IT'S AMAZING.) It's tough finding anything from the Mk1 series now a days though. Ebay is where I searched, but they had it at a local guitar center. Look around man! Ni Maschine Mk1 is what I recommend even though I own the Mikro.
It's a bit of a variation, basically throwing some extra snare notes into the pattern. Good luck!
I'm looking at this like WTF. LOL. I'm still trying to master the first videos technique and this is blowing my mind. xD
thx for all you done, now you are my ispiration.one quest: if you used an mpc500 had you feel the buttons really hard to play with any fingers? i have to push one at time.(sorry my english). i wait answer cause i try to play but is not easy and if i knew this i didn't buy it! peace
How did you link maschine mk3 and maschine Mikro together???
dude would be epic
to get a couple kits off ya recomendations of pad placement unna b:)_
Did you get it yet?! So sorry this video was so fuzzy. Probably didn't make it any easier on you...
I'm doing the wrong pattern too, lol. It sounds similar but can't get the hi-hats to fall where they should.
Hi Jeremy,Im trying to think of which I should get,a(n) Akai MPD or a Maschine Mikro,Which would you reccommned?
-TheBestWWEWas
Well, I own the Mikro and the Maschine is well.. Better? I prefer the Mk1 over the Mk2 really.. The Mk1 Maschine had three knobs on the side. One for volume, one for pitch, and one for tempo. The Mk2 doesn't have that, and the Mikro doesn't either. The Mikro you have to hit the "Main button" and you can change the volume, swing, and tempo. Not pitch though. And it's one knob, just the the MK2. And instead of the 8 knobs at the top of the Maschine, on the Mikro you have 1 knob and the nav button.
can someone give me some tips on how to practice this? even this simple lesson is quite hard on me, thou i can easily do both parts sparately, the kick/hat groove escapes my coordination.
been practising this for a while, can't seem to get what's going on at 0:57. Is this just you letting go a bit orr???
Please, please, please!!!!!!! we need the Lindrum kit to practice and learn alongside Jeremy! Its real hard to use other kits and replicate what hes doing... # tag where is the Lindrum??????????
It is annoying that the maschine preset drums are not mapped for finger drumming :(
He seem to have two each, two controllers, two Maschines. Two MPC 2000?
Does anybody happen to know, if the Linn LM-1 kit from kong was a stock kit, or were the part of a refill pack... somebody please let me know.. I want those sounds I will buy those sounds
+D-RylVicious
Its not the same version but alyjames lab does a DOPE Linn M1 VST
Haha, no, my mpk broke a while back, probably from all the angry drumming. Planing on getting a maschine soon though.
both hands, right hand, left hand...got it! But am I going deaf or do the hats sound wacky in this one? Peace!
are all the controllers necessary? haha damn
i dont think anyone understands how fucking difficult that shit is..
