Absolutely delicious blueberry muffins.
I have made these blueberry muffins 2 or 3 times and they are the most delicious muffins ever! So easy to make and they look/taste like if you bought them from a bakery. This recipe is a winner!
You made it two or three times already? This video is only a couple hours old...

I made these today. My batter was a bit dey so I added about 1tbsp milk and it was great! I used a very thick yogurt so that might be why.

Is there a replacement for the yogurt?
I’ve used sour cream, with a tiny bit of water, as a replacement before and didn’t really notice a difference.
Sour cream is a great sub.
