vegetable oil: 10 ml (0.3 fl oz)
yogurt: 20 g (0.7 oz)
milk: 200 ml (6.8 fl oz)
flour: 300 g (11 oz)

Thank you for a lovely recipe. I use butter, olive oil or coconut oil in my baking. You can't even taste the olive oil ❤
Put a few drops of oil in the bowl and spread it in the bowl so the dough won't stick to it

Looks delicious. Do we have 2 use sugar? I am pre-diabetic. What kind of yogurt? plain? greek? Regular flour glycemic index is 85. Can I use almond flour? Thanks
If you are diabetic you can use your diet sugar you have to use flour without starch I don't know about almond flour
This much sugar won't make a difference to you. It is for the yeast to use.

I used to have the same question then I found out they make more money with longer videos so I just fast-forward because I don’t need to see people chopping, blending, adding every ingredient so just fast-forward, you can actually speed up the videos

I think that the bacteria in the yogurt makes the flour to rise. But you can't use yeast, if you are using yogurt because they will cancel each other out. I know because I have tried 😊
