This man is a responsible man and I must confess I admire him for that
I feel pained for this lady. I went to watch the first episode and came to the conclusion that she didn't lie about the first pregnancy. It's possible she had a false pregnancy (pseudocyesis) or that she miscarried and later took in again. Both of them were ignorant.
The judge should have asked questions about the first pregnancy to help them understand what really happened. Like, what made her think she was pregnant? Who confirmed to her? When did she start bleeding again after she "confirmed" she was pregnant?Why didn't she get a scan the first time?
It's even dangerous for a sexually active woman to genuinely believe she's pregnant only to carry along as if nothing happened when the symptoms disappear.
The guy knew all along that the second pregnancy was his. He was just confused about the initial pregnancy and began to entertain doubts about her trust worthiness, especially because the pregnancy was the reason they were planning to get married. He probably convinced himself that she had lied about being pregnant in other to trap him and wondered what life with her would be like if she could do that.
It would have been different if the second pregnancy was way older than when she told him about it. In such instance, anyone would safely assume she was trying to pin another man's baby on him.
Now look at the public embarrassment they (she) got for a situation that could have been resolved if they were knowledgeable or had engaged a medical professional to weigh in on the situation.
My two cents on this is everyone having sex or thinking of it should first get themselves educated about sex and the possible outcomes from having sex. Understand how pregnancy develops and terminates, it's different for different women. Don't be in a hurry to damage your relationship in the belief that 'every woman is engaging in paternity fraud'.
He was within his right to get a DNA test but I really wonder if there will be any harmony and trust left in this relationship after what has happened.

She really deserves an apology, however, the man shouldn't be blamed entirely! When the pregnancy test was conducted, it didn't tally with the number of months as at when the girl told the man she was pregnant.
My guess is she lost the first baby and didn't tell him. Just went ahead to get pregnant again. She didn't think he would have been keeping count of the months

From the previous episode, i do not blame the guy for doubting the paternity because the pregnancy doesnt tally as at when she said she got pregnant, I just feel the lady wasnt pregnant as at when she told the guy but wanted to knw if the guy wants marry her, then when she saw that the guy accepted the pregnancy she then went ahead to get pregnant.

There is need for apology in fact if there is anything more than that because the lady will feel betrayed knowing well who the father of her child is and the said person denying it It mean that there is lack of truth. And I will not blame the man also because a lot do happen this days from women. It is neither there nor here. But I want them to forgo the past and forge ahead for better tomorrow. The guy never denied the pregnancy from the onset but he wanted to be sure because the lady told him she was 3 months gone and when they went for a pregnancy test it was discovered that she was just 4 weeks gone, and that alone is enough to raise doubt, from their account, their period of courtship was not enough to gain the trust of each other, and that is what that played out here.
The judge allow the plaintiff and defendants to run the courtroom doesn't make interesting content
