I find it very weird that they worry about getting bitten and scratched by the Walkers all the time, because that will start the fever. But Sasha can stab Walkers with her knife, then use that same knife to slice Abraham's arm, drawing blood, and he doesn't get infected. What?

They basically take baths in walker blood. So the blood on the show is not toxic. Basically, if they adapt the poisoned arrows in the Savior war, it will be a plothole.
