I'll be honest. I bought a slab of laminated wood on Amazon and then 4 28-inch table legs for maybe $80 and it's a fantastic desk

You're right. Not $80 but I don't know why it's that unbelievable. It was easy and it's sturdier than my wife's desk. Doesn't take much to do
A friend of mine just got a computer desk FROM IKEA for around $90. It's not that big but fits perfectly in his room which isn't that big. I got my gaming desk from one of my neighbors curb about a year ago. It had been set out for trash collection. It's a bit rickety but holds my 2 monitors, mouse, keyboard, and speakers.

The best desk is the Zinus Jennifer 55" desk. It's so great in fact that I've bought it 3 different times already, each time selling it for basically the same price as I bought it before moving just so I didn't have to disassemble and travel with it. It's basic, but extremely sturdy and dense materials, perfect size, and nothing underneath or behind to get in the way of your legs or wires (that kind of stuff drives me crazy). It fluctuates in price a lot, I've seen it from $70-130ish depending on color and stock, but all the colors look great so I always just went with the cheapest one. I've had my fair share of desks, I assure you nothing comes close to the quality and comfort of this desk for the price. I've actually went on to buy other Zinus products because of it and been super happy all around.

Rip some legs off an old office desk and screw them to a work top, say slate effect or marble. You can paint the legs if they're a bit manky. Simple.

Best L Shaped desk on amazon . They have so many different types , it was pretty hard for me too choose one. But i like L shaped desks for the reason i can have three monitors and a computer on the desk aswell.

I just brought a random tabletop from ikea, and 4 random table leg for like $2 each cost me about $60 total 4 year and im just using it to this day lol

Very sturdy. Strong and very easy to set up. I legit only takes 2 screws to just set up. you don't need to even use the other part and use it as just a fold-able table instead of L shape. There are holes on both ends of the desk if you want to put the L extension on either side.
I do like the Amazon Basics one more... surprising considering the cheap price. But definitely would want a much bigger (probably "L" shaped) for my own use.... I just need more space for multiple PCs, multiple monitors.

I like mine, its a 36$ table top from Menards on top of 2 steel filing cabinets from walmart (i think like 30-40$ each) and then some adjustable table legs in back for about 10$ each,

4:56 There's a hole in the bottom of the controller holder. May not be a pre-drilled spot on top of the desk but hole in controller holder makes it doable.

I'm considering picking up 2 of the Amazon Basics desks for when my mom and I change computer rooms. My only 'concern' is will the monitor shelf be wide/sturdy enough to plop a 2016 Alienware laptop on it and not knock it over? I'd like to be ablie to just move my keyboard up under the shelf if I have to do paperwork or something, instead of disassembling my whole setup to fill out forms or my planner.

I bought a 44 inch gaming desk the reviews seemed like it was a hit and miss situation so I took the chance and spent like a 108 dollars on it It came and it’s way better than my other desk and it makes my series s looks great

I use a $5000 dollar sit stand desk that was made in Austria. Yes $5000. I got it for free. I work in a large hospital, and my boss wanted me to get house keeping to throw it away. So i threw in my truck.
I had that exact motpk desk only a 47 inch which they have removed, mine was okay the only downside was in shipping it got damaged so one of the ends were pretty messed up. Other then that it was a great desk for the price
