I agree, it's because of this confusion between the clothing and the hair salon of Bench, add the ignorance of mall shoppers who first tine have strolled the Philippine malls sometimes make the situation fazing. The most helpful I guess would be to ask any of the mall's staffs or security guards visibly stationed in different areas. These people know best the location of mall outlets since they see them daily. Good luck to you Fumi san.

Hahaha i always get lost in the mall especially when i need to meet someone. Maybe next time you can ask the person you're meeting what floor and what are the nearby landmarks/stores or anything. Maybe some of the people you ask heard you wrong, it can be bench store or herbench..

Lol when I'm lost in the mall, I always look for security guards to ask where is this or that :) I'm 99.9% sure they won't lie to you. There are lots of guards roaming around the mall, you can easily find one. Good thing you still found Akio tho. 👍
