This is how a pro dancer teaches unlike those "as if's" who loves to shout, yell or even embarrass their students. This is what it takes to be a pro.
Edit: But you also have to consider that the students aren't all the same, others are so much sensitive that they couldn't even handle the embarrassment that they go through, others are easily discouraged and end up thinking about stopping. The technique you insist on is really helpful but that just applies to certain students that is brave, wise and broad-minded and not to people who easily get dismayed to themselves. I salute to people who experienced such thing and made it as an inspiration and not a dream killer, but the aforementioned situation is true and is happening in reality and not just fiction.

For me, its just part of being a grown up man. It doesnt mean when a man/woman shouted they are looked down on you, a big NO!!! They are just motivating you as a whole and shaping your talent. Its art of a process. No shout, no success!!!

In this case, she’s teaching to a large audience who paid for the class and wants to learn to dance.
But if you’re a dancer in a group trying to master the arts, and eventually earn a living off of it (eg. ballet dancers, dance crews, etc.), then you should expect to “bleed” in mastering it.

Not all the time. Before you can conclude such is indeed the case, were you able to take note of everything? Remember, people she was teaching no longer needed motivation to dance. They already have that. They want to. They are not being pushed. Teaching and learning styles are different for different teachers and learners. Add to that the situation, circumstances, surroundings and the material.
Amazing how the students also sang in tune. Proof that majority of Filipinos can sing! 😍

i covered tala but there’s a lot of points that i did wrong. How teacher georcelle teaches tala is amazing, the points, the movements, the hands, and the feet are really on point and precise. I hope going back to philippines will have the chance to take classes in Gforce class.

I wish Teacher Georcelle would post more of this kinds of tutorials. I can't really go to dance classes so I often seek help from sister youtube, also Teacher Georcelle's like one of the best choreographers/dancers I know. I also love how she connect jokes to the moves just so the students will easily cope up with her pointers and not be bored. She makes me realize that dance is not just moves, it's how you express yourself and enjoy it as much as you enjoy food.
That's why she's the best dance instructor for me.

The day I saw SG's Tala, it caught my attention. Actually, SG and her music always do. Then, I observed every movement until I got it on my own. I really love the choreography. I watched other videos including her the making of her MV. I've learned both movements in her MV and the remix one. There are differences sa dalawang version kasi mas astig yung remix. Alam ko din yung hand movement or action sa likod na part like you are circling yung hand and fingers. Ginawa ko syang daily routine until naging danxercise ko na at ngayon sumikat na siya. Sabi ko SG's vids deserves more millions of views and likes. Late bloomer ang mga tao kasi matagal nila na appreciate ang Tala. Sobrang tagal ko na siyang sinasayaw. Ginawa ko syang pampapayat and it did work for me until now. Naglalive pa nga ako sa fb and nagpopost ng vids ko until pumayat ako. Thanks po Teacher G, G-Force, and SG for the inspiration. Sinasayaw ko pa rin to until now.
