Hop: X Is Hop. X jumps over Stop objects (or Push objects if X attempts to push them into Stop objects).
Throw: X Is Throw. Any objects that are on X are sent two tiles in the direction X is facing.

You were right that you heavily cheesed level 4, you were supposed to put a leaf on each foliage, make leaf stop, and then make nimi move and hop, then just hop over the foliage
BUT, to be fair, your solution was funnier

I think for the solution for hedge hopping was:
Make Mimi on Fox is hop and stable
Fox on Mimi is move and hop.
Have the
Walk together across the hedges. Seperate so it temporarily loses the hop rule. As it returns jump into the middle of the two hedges with fix. Then you can hop right as it hops left. Breaking any rule needed while being on seperate sides.
