- The kids were out in full force this evening. Tina is becoming more social. She's our thumbnail this evening. The runt of all the babies sure has grown in the last few months.

Glad to hear Jim is feeling better. He will likely need a lot of rest for a long time yet. He had a lot done during his surgery. But its great that he feeling better and moving around a little more every day. Angie, so glad that Jim has you. You take such good care of him and all the fur babies.

I know it's bad that he went down and got the vacuum cleaner because he's not supposed to be lifting things, but it's also good that he's not thinking about being sick or hurt. Angie, so many raccoons this year... you are doing such a great job all around. You definitely have a lot on your plate but that is what we do for our loves. We take care of one another. Jim, please listen to Angie and the doctors. You are finally starting to feel better and are still healing. You definitely don't want to undo your hernia repair and your surgery incisions. You will prolong your healing and be in more pain...but I am sure the doctors already told you that. Angie, if Jim doesn't listen get the wooden spoon out...I would say give him a few pats on the bum with the wooden spoon but he is healing there as well. Connor was too funny tonight. Every time I see Jim he looks better. I think we are so surprised at how fast he is healing. I don’t know about anybody else but I call it a miracle. Sending prayers to you both and all the animals.

I am soooo happy Jim is doing noticeably better❤ And Connor Cat is so fresh. Angie you are such a strong woman.
We used to feed feral cats until after a few years of work we finally got most of them spayed, neutered, and found homes for many of them and their babies. Anyway, the raccoons would show up in the evening and start pilfering the cat’s food! It got to be even more expensive having to feed both the cats and the raccoons plus they always washed their paws in the cat’s water dish making a huge muddy mess! I
I remember seeing one of the cats being quite disgusted at one raccoon and smacking it on the back a few times but the raccoon paid no attention. 😂. Thankfully we did not have as many raccoons as you have!
