I thoroughly enjoyed reading this!! Love learning new things and thank you for sharing!!!
@@nk.medani Yours is the first vlog I’ve seen where someone’s does London properly - the right mix of soaking in the sights, sounds, culture and places to visit.
Everyone else just goes to see Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and then stuffs their faces with Fish & Chips 😂
@@darkmatter6714 haha I appreciate that you enjoyed it!! It was my very first time and I wanted to immerse myself in as much as I could! Definitely will visit again!! How many times have you been there?
@@nk.medani Well, you did a great job. I’ve lived there on and off. I’ve lived in quite a few places: Paris, France; Barcelona, Spain; Athens, Greece; Alexandria, Virginia and Harare, Zimbabwe.
In fact, my profile picture shows me hanging off Victoria Falls, the largest waterfall in the world in Zimbabwe (it was a bucket list thing)!
But London always brought me back - it just has so many layers to it and such an energy- like NYC (which I love as well) except with beautiful architecture and over 2,000 years of history.
I now live in a quaint town called St Albans. It’s an old Roman city, about half an hour’s train ride to London…I tried, but I could never sever the umbilical cord to London! 😁
@@darkmatter6714 that is amazing! I have been to paris and spain! always wanted to go to greece! I've heard great things about zimbabwe! Im glad you got to cross off a bucket list item! I would say my current bucket list item is to go to thailand :)
London did have a beautiful energy that i felt pulled to! I live in NYC now, and saw alot of parallels. I just moved to NYC this year and looking forward to seeing all that it offers! I am glad that you get to have london accessible to you!
That city looks beautiful.
It really is!
My best holidays are generally the ones where I don’t plan, but just go with the flow. 😊
Yes!! I completely agree with that statement!! Where was the last place you visited?
Love this video !
So glad!! Thanks for watching!
11:43 yes one of the perks of solo travel is flexible seating for dining! hope you enjoyed your solo trip ☺
Yes you get it!! Thank you it was great!
Cool video! Makes me miss London
Thank you! It’s such a beautiful place. I can’t wait to go back! When did you go there?
I love how you put ratings on the food!! I love this solo travel vlog
Thank you!! I thought it was a fun touch :)
Beautiful video of London. Thank you so much for sharing. I like it 👍
Thank you!! I love London!!
@@nk.medani Thank you very much for answer! I love London too! 🙂
Next time you go , go in the summertime and you should definitely visit stork restaurant in Mayfair it’s food is pricey but amazing and visit the national gallery , the tate modern and walk around Hyde park and visit Camden market and also walk the Little Venice canals I’m sure you’ll love it 👌
I’ve heard great things about London in the summer! I went at the tail end (end of August) so it was leaning toward fall weather already. I’ve heard of stork! I went to Tate modern. Definitely interested in Hyde park and more of Camden! So hard to get it all done in one trip - 1 week didn’t seem like enough time!! But there is always more to see in my next trip! How many times have you been there or do you live there?
@@nk.medani used to live in London , it’s amazing in the summer it’s such a vibe there’s so much to do with so much going on also check out south bank you’ll love it
I’m going in December ! Can’t wait! Thanks for sharing with us!

@@ToniaOkolie how did your trip go?
Loved you loved our country and city, how safe did you feel, i know you had couple later nights
Yes I love London so much!! I felt extremely safe! I think it was because of the areas I was staying in. But even then, everyone was nice and helpful (they’re was a night I didn’t know what bus route to take a a few people stopped to assist). I definitely want to visit again!
Great Vlog. Sassy lady
Haha thanks
How do you get in soho house ?
I was invited by a member
Why did you pick London to do you're volg. ???????????????????
What does that even mean… i visited London and I made a vlog about my experience… it’s not hard to understand lol
Mostly eating, eating, eating. I guess comfort food is required when you are nervous in a new town. But why make it your video?….
What? Either you didn’t watch the entire thing or jumped to conclusions. First off: I’m in a new country I’ve never been to and food is a huge part of any travel. Secondly, I went to and featured a plethora of spots for sightseeing. Your comment is ultimately misplaced & I don’t understand why you felt the need to judge.
There’s really not much to do in London. And the food is not great at the traditional London restaurants.
@@kayabe856 you’re entitled to your opinion! I had a great experience in London, especially for a first-timer
@@kayabe856 not much to do in London?? You are joking right?? The old saying 'When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life' is never so true. There is a reason why it's in the top 2 cities in the world consistently. Let's see .... 857 art galleries in London. 3 of the top 10 museums in the world. 300 languages spoken in London (more than anywhere else in the world) - which means an incredibly diverse set of things to do, 22,000 music performances across 300 venues in 1 year, 192 museums, 197 festivals, Europe's biggest street festival, more live comedy that anywhere in the world, countless shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, 46% green open space with things to do etc etc....so if you say 'nothing to do', you've never been here....
