Well Fighting them clearly isn't a very good idea but you definitely shouldn't tolerate this shit...You can tell them respectfully that I won't be treated like this and if they beat you or something there's a whole lot of things you can do afterwards...I'm pretty sure it won't go to physical fight unless you don't do anything extra that hurts their pride...Just expect to be treated like a normal human

Infact, the basic intro shown here is not even a percent of the torture you will face in the first few months in hostels especially in engg. And med colleges. And those who are bragging about how they hit a senior in the face, or giving examples of their muscular figure, the reality is that NO MATTER how muscular you are, how influential your parents are, you simply cant DO SHIT in those situations. Hit the seniors and you will be out of the hostel, and if you are on bad terms with the seniors then trust me you will have a very hard time surviving MBBS especially in clinics and exams.
I didn't hit them i stabbed 4,5 of them with a Caliper Compass and went to police station,i observe mostly urbran people endure it because they get in a bluefunk i genuinely call them weakling, why to endure when Self respect is in risk i say better die then to lose Self respect,it was the yrs 2017 in Delhi as Science Student, most of my senior in the event were boys 2 or 3 girls,they even call me Chinese indeed i was from northeast hilly terrain unlike city since kid i grew up in tough environment becoming Mature i really fear no men.
Every time when i see or heard about hostel I always remember those unlimited talks, sharing food, fights, with those unknown people but later those unknown people become our best buddies of our life. I live one of the best moments of my life in hostel.its been 3 years i left my hostel. I always miss u guys and our memories ❤️
Well there's no way of getting afraid, cause ragging is a criminal offense and these typo students can be expelled from college or land up in prison. Straight ahead if you feel any discomfort while talking to any senior you can simply warn him. If things starts to go bad then a simple call to 100 will be a excellent option.

So no one cud dare to stand against them. juniors were assigned different tasks like washing their clothes, cleaning there room, giving them body massage. We all had no option but to obey all the orders That was way back in 2010 though when there was no social media or ragging rules

Learn Martial Arts. Keep a Nunchaku or Sai Swords with you. My coaching senior told me about his experience.😂 He was 6’2, very muscular and a black belt in Karate. When we were in KGMC Year 1 . One of our senior started taking brutal ragging of one of our batch mate because of his attitude . He made him , eat samosa and chutney fallen from the floor with just his mouth without using hands like a dog . That was too much over the line .
On the same evening , our batchmate called each and every one of his friends from every corner Lucknow City and they all ganged up and beat that senior ugly in cyber cafe outside our Uni . That 3rd year senior literally started crying and begjng for his life . 🙏
