One thing I recommend is Afrin. I have had tones of ear trauma on airplanes with the ear pressure, and let me tell you this stuff works a charm and I wouldn’t be able to fly with out it. If you do use it take 1 hour before flight
I have Beats head phones like that and they drown out all the noise. I used to get the worst headaches from the noise on the plane and a lot of the time there are crying children so yes! head phones like that are a total game changer for me.
I second that Bagsmart backpack! I have the same one and I’ve used it on multiple trips. It fits a lot and it’s so comfortable to carry.

I don’t think you’ve overpacking at all. I’m totally worse lol.
My thing for the parks is sunscreen powder for my face and a reusable straw. I’m also big on packing liquid hand soap and my own soft facial washcloths for my hotel. My body likes its routine products too haha.
Ps. I have to use a higher pillow to keep my hip from pinching a nerve. I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. Thanks for the idea!

I don’t feel bad about overpacking either. I make sure that I have my little medicine chest before I leave. Those types of items are super expensive at the parks.

I’m an over packer, not gunna change either, I make sure I have what I might need just in case lol. It’s actually gotten worse after having kids too lol. Gotta make sure I have extras of everything just in case haha

Would love to know what brand shampoo and conditioner you use , your hair is so pretty ! Love your packing videos , going to try the swimsuit company , they have so many pretty styles! Learning a lot from you on organizing packing ! Have a bad hip/ replaced hip so I may need to look at that travel pillow, know exactly what you mean about sleeping away from your own bed . I think I have the same noise cancelling headphones as you. I've not used them on a plane yet mind, as I only got them a while back. I clearly need to find where to change the settings because I feel like they're not cancelling that much noise O_o

My meds and wallet. If I have those, I can manage otherwise. I literally check for those 5 times before getting on the plane.

I overpack clothes so much that once I get to my destination I never know what to wear & or nothing matches!! It’s awful!!

Yeah, I usually do laundry mid-week on vacay, but those were wayyyyy too hot. I ended up purchasing two sets of pajama shorts w/matching tops.

#1 item I bring is a collapsible water bottle
#2 tiny clear rubberbands for the Disney ear "CVS receipt" tags, fold it behind the headband, secure with 2 clear rubberbands
