No body and any madicen can cure u only u and your will power do this I advise don’t west your money and time only follow some things. Do any exercise or yog.Go for walk Do meditation yog nidra is best u can surch on u tube easily.Try to be happy and relax and when ocd thoughts come Don’t focus on it and emediatly divert your mind on those things witch u like most for example listening songs watching movies or tv or anything. Busy your self in any your favourite activity all the time and do any thing which makes u motivate and happy .set any small goal and try to achieve it help some one and be rady to do your best for others God will make u happy and healthy
