This one came in for a lock button but also needed and head, set of gears and a set of brushes.
makita grinder cam be quite cheap to fix and this repair only cost 36 euro including vat.

I have a new makita grinder and have broken the lock and cracked the housing as I had a carving ball tool seize on it. I attempted to try and take it off via a vice. Gutted, any tips on removing this tool, and thanks, your video was very helpfull.
