- In today's video I'll be sharing with you all the puzzles I completed during the month of October! It was quite a productive, busy puzzling month! 😀 There was also quite a variety of puzzle types, shapes and sizes. For the most part, things were pretty, pastel, floral and sweet 🌸... until the Halloween puzzles began to emerge that is! 👻🙀

The top two was a wonderful idea! It's so nice when all of the puzzles are fun. Don't get me wrong, I also like seeing the least favourite (good to know when there's a stinker out there), but sometimes it's just going to be all thumbs up. 👍👍👍
The puzzle variety for the month was crazy good. So many good spooks, so many gorgeous colour schemes and styles! Ah, too much awesomeness! 😃🤯🥳
The Mystic Tiger and The Alchemist's Home were my two favourites. 🥰 I have some other favourites from your roundup that I have in my collection, so I'm drooling over the ones I don't own. 🤤 🤩 😋

It was a nice change to be able to have a top two - since there really weren't any stand out duds. 🙂 Not that my least favourite is ever usually that bad, but there's often at least one puzzle or brand that wasn't so great. 🤷♀️

The Alchemist's Home really is such a cool puzzle! I have the other eeboo puzzle by the same artist - The Alchemist's Cabinet and I really should get to doing that one too sometime!
I think the puzzles for this month are looking like quite an interesting mix too! Can't wait to share them with you (and everyone else) in the next roundup video! ☺️

Thought I was the only one who noticed how "wavy" Ravensburger puzzle surfaces are! I will begrudgingly put up with blue dust, but in the end it's the unevenness of the finished image I find super distracting. Think the convex shape of the surface also contributes to wider gaps/seams between pieces.
There's something about the surface, I just don't find it super flat feeling - almost a bit 'wavy' like you said or puffy even? 🤔 I'm not too bothered by it, but it is a little unusual and maybe does in fact contribute to some of the other little issues/characteristics of Ravensburger. Don't get me started on the dust though! 😤😅

Are Educa puzzles good quality? I bought one of the solar system for my friend as a gift
I've actually never tried them. I've heard mixed things - some people really love them and others find the piece fit a bit loose. So it might even depend on the puzzle and/or even the amount of pieces. Sorry for the rather vague answer! 😅

@@JigsawJubie Art & Fable, eeBoo, Galison, Mr. Bob Puzzles, Reverie and Antelope just to name a few! I need to order more internationally, Of those I listed, I’ve only seen eeBoo and Galison readily available here. 💜🧩
Some great choices! 😀 The online store Mindconnect Australia ships to New Zealand I'm pretty sure (not sure how much shipping is though). And they stock Art & Fable, eeboo and lots of other great international brands too! I can't recall, but have you tried Magnolia puzzles? I really like them, great quality.
As for Reverie, they do ship internationally too, but again not sure how pricey shipping would be. They just had a sale for Black Friday but they tend to have sales every so often throughout the year too. 🙂
With Antelope, I've had to buy them from Amazon. Sometimes they can be a good price.

@@JigsawJubie I'll have to check out Midconnect Australia. Right now, I have so many puzzles in my to-do list to keep me busy until at least the end of March. I have yet to do a Magnolia puzzle but I really really want to do one. No worries about taking time to reply - life happens xxx
