Anyone who thinks building an ecosystem is like making widgets.. then look in the mirror and you will see a penny flipper . Slow and steady rise helps the big investors who can afford to wait and hold 5 digit amount of shares! This price is unprecedented . They aren’t going bankrupt so quit thinking waiting for another dollar drop will make a difference in your buys when you only waiting yo buy 100-1000 shares! Folks think forward, not backwards.
Nio biggest issue is the China anti sentiment, there is no way Nio is a $5 share company, I am a big investor, however the share is really not going to move until USA and China find a way of working with other.

Have thought that being in the Chinese EV market & investing into r&D in China is a huge advantage.. For some reason, valuations of these Chinese EV companies are considered less than or inferior to being established & doing r&D in the US.. This shouldn't be the case because the Chinese EV market is like 10x farther ahead than the US EV market.. Why the law of opposites is applied here??

They have diluted us from $60 to $4. 9.56 billion dollar market cap and 2.07 billion shares outstanding equals approximately $4.61 a share. Until NIO starts buying back shares and or possibly a reverse split, the big guys aren't going to invest. NIO is a shorters dream child. Very sad! Investors have been used and abused. They turned their stock into a casino, and if it bounces up again, they will dilute it.

Underlying logic of Nio is Good... Underling logic of everything else. incorrect.... wasting money on 2 additional brands and the marketing around it to even make an impact. "Onvo" should be part of Nio.. Firefly should never even happen. IMO
No. Lexus/ Toyota. Honda / Acura. Nissan/ Infiniti. Nothing wrong with sub brands and its been a good way to do business for a very long time
@@esb9814 None have 3 brands.. Honda / Acura.. There is not top, middle and low end brands lol... ALso they all established their brand selling lower end cars first before going luxury. Nio is doing the opposite and needs to compete with BYD...

My only concern for Firefly is the need for another swap station to cater for the smaller footprint. This means more investments.... Nothing wrong to have another sub-brand to cover the bases..

that ceo is the reason nio is at $4 and not 20 or 60 its his logic thats killed nios value...we all followed him and getting burned now. all that spending on R&D...and nio has 8 models and very bad sales..with the tech nios should be selling 40-50k cars a month...can barely hit 15k steady...a few months of pump sales killing margins is not healthy...hes failed with his logic and still doubling down on bad logic...see the problem with guys like this, theres no inbetween..he cant do both..run a stable business and get to profits and grow the smart way...hes bankruptying the financials every few years with no results...a good ceo cares for the health of the company not is ego...had to make a wasteful phone? cuz other car maker is a phone company?....thats logic? nobody in their right mind will ever give up their iphones for a nio phone..the guy is a moron he proves it over and over...we will truly be lucky if we can see $15-20 ever again before he wipes us all out with dilution after dilution
So many things piss me off about nio current management…and i am sure i am not alone….the company focuses on user experience and joyful life bullshit….which mostly translate to higher cost and cash burns with little revenue to back this kind of business model….2nd problem….they have been making expensive cars which only small percentage of people can afford to buy….they kept pushing one expensive model after another. I mean what are the odds of success by being just premium company….you gotta have a good mix of affordable products to keep you financially healthy…but no…company wants to maintain certain premium image…now onvo is coming and they will have to have separate staff, salesmen….expenses..so in other words take years to reach profitability which nio overall could benefit from….firefly is not compatible with current swap stations….so thats also years of non profitability….meanwhile other brands will have swappable battery cars and easily take over nio because they dont have nio cash burn problems….they will be more efficient….this is such a pity for this company to be wasted like this
