Old post I know but just in case… same problem but no luck. I know I caused my issue by putting ground coffee in the whole bean area. Since then I have the same issue. Any thoughts?
Amazing! We had exactly the same problem this morning and didn’t know what to do. So we used the steam-function for round about 30 seconds. After that we used the hot water function. At the beginning there was no water but after a few seconds hot water came out. The mashine sounds now normal again! Thanks a lot!! :)
Hello everyone, I have serious leak and no water coming from the main spout - I believe it is a bad solenoid. But in this case I believe the water pump went out. It is a common issue when you have very hard water in your area. HOWEVER the simplest solution to fix it might be just primed the espresso. To do so, you have to turn steamer or hot water on and then all air should be removed from the system THEN you can try to brew a coffee again - if this do not help then most likely pump is bad. GOOD LUCK and taste coffee!
Take out water reservoir. Open brew group door. Take out brew group. Check small red O rings on back wall. Rinse brew group. Shine flash light inside brew group to check for blockages.
My 3200 sometimes will not dispense hot water or steam milk, it will just push steam out the side vents. No issues with making any coffee drinks. Any suggestion before I have to send it for service?
@@christiansllinghansen5035 I’m experiencing exactly the same. First capuccino flows out seamlesly. Second one: no milk… steam comes out of the side and top of the machine… strange! I have cleaned the machine like a 100 times and will now order the red rings to replace them inside the machine.
@@mrdecoster I’m waiting to hear from customer support for warranty service. They suggested I calc clean, but that did not help. I also questioned them about chasing the o-rings and they didn’t think it would solve the problem. I’ll let you know how I make out.
Hi. If anyone of u experienced the same problem with me. The water indicator light up even i already full the water tank. I cant push any botton because of the error in water indicator. How to solve this.
Anyone know why the milk only froths every once in a while? Not sure if I’m putting the brew group back in correctly or what’s going on? I got it to work but then when I cleaned it out again it didn’t want to froth anymore.. 😑
This issue started to happen after 4-5 months of usage, so when machine was turned on, water didn't go through. And actually i could still use the machine, because after some attempts it worked normally again till the next time same problem happened (~once in a week). In the end i had to bring it to the service, they executed cleaning program 3 times and changed some filter (i think it is not aqua filter, but something else inside the machine). Since then i haven't had such problem anymore.
It's an easy fix. Just press hot water option, pour about 250ml to get rid of air in the system, and it works again.

You have an air bubble in your aqua filter. Take out and submerge in water upside down to get air out!!
In first day i didn't fill the filter with water after its too late i did but i cannot hear the pump working anymore!! Any suggestions?

Push long on the aquaclean Orange button then it Will clean itself
@@gorbatsjovtarantin6244 This is an intermittent problem that occurs if you make about 3-4 lattes in a row.

You need a new ring for the brewing unit. I had the same problem.
My grinder is screwed up and won't grind. Which show did you send it too? My Philips in USA don't do anything to help.
