This kinda makes sense in a way since the VAs for the TV show passed away, with the exception of Princess Toadstool's VA, and of course the TV show was before the Charles Martinet (Current Mario VA) days. To those wondering, the VAs of the show consisted of the late Walker Boone (Mario VA), the late Tony Rosato (Luigi VA, known more with "Mama Luigi"), and Tracey Moore (Past Princess Toadstool VA). I'm not so sure who voiced Yoshi and Oogtar...
Andrew Sabinson was also known to voice Diddy Kong in the DKC cartoon show and I believe John Stocker was the voice of Toad in Super Show and Adventures of Mario 3~.
Due to Ootgar replacing toad on the show, it would make sense if a different cover of this was made with Toad against Ps135, (Mama) Luigi, Peach, Yoshi and Ootgar.
